A visual story of Travail Kitchen & Amusements

Commissioned by the chefs at Travail, I was asked to create a visual history of their paths through the food and drink world, and the various evolutions of their restaurants, menus, cocktails and brews. Taking up all three staircase levels of one of their entrances, lots of details about their exploits grace the walls.
