the assemblages here represent the body of work that led to the
installations in the installation category in the menu bar.
the first arrangements are wrapped in plastic then shrink wrapped,
while the latter bunch spill out onto the floor and eventaully
become more installation based.

most of these photos were taken in 2005 at a london boot sale.
a boot sale is basically a large outdoor flea market, where participants
load up the boot (trunk) of their car and drive to a pre-determined location and hock their wares. incredible what some people will try selling. seriously. mixed in with the series are a few images of england and scotland, with a more comprehensive photo section on the way.
